Please read them with awareness before using the app. Your use of Oglas Website/Mobile Application is governed by the following terms and conditions which are incorporated herein by the way of reference. The Terms are effective upon acceptance of usage of our platform, and governs the relationship between the users of this platform (“You”, “Your”, “Yours” or the “User” as the context may require) and Advove Medios Pvt. Ltd. (“Oglas Website/Mobile Application”, “Us”, “Our” or “We” as the context may demand).
By accepting the Terms, You understand and agree that Oglas Website/Mobile Application, will treat Your use of the Services such as Your use of our prepaid mobile/DTH recharge purchasing Service or Services regarding bill payment (all such services are individually or collectively are referred as Service or Services) on the Site (www.oglas.in), Our mobile Platform/Network and Our Oglas Mobile Application.
By submitting an application to use the Oglas Website/Mobile Application Services, if You are an individual, You conform that You are at least 18 years of age. We have all the rights to reject or limit Your access to the Services.
We reserve the right to terminate any account or Your use of Oglas Website/Mobile Application with or without notice to You, in case any piece of information provided by You is false, fictitious, inaccurate, not current or incomplete.
You will be issued a user ID and password to access Your account.
You must keep the password confidential and not share it with any other person as You will be responsible for all activities on Your account.
Or in case You believe that there has been unauthorized access to Your account by third parties, please reset Your password and inform us immediately at email@example.com and change Your password as soon as possible.
After the successful registration at Oglas Website/Mobile Application, We will issue a Prime Account upon submission of Your KYC (Know Your Customer) details at the time of registration or on a later date.
You will be able to use the services like recharges and bill payments immediately and uninterruptedly after sign in.
The maximum monetary value that can be stored at any point of time, transferred to another account, utilized in a month in Oglas Website/Mobile Application Account shall be in accordance with virtual account guidelines of Mobile Application.
Advove Medios Private Limited reserves the right to suspend Oglas Website/Mobile Application Services to you at any time, for any cause, including, but not limited, to the following points:-
We are constantly changing and improving on our services. We may add or remove functionalities or features of the Services at any time. Advove Medios Private Limited reserves the right to amend, modify, and/or terminate, the site (www.oglas.in) and Oglas Mobile Application, at any time in its sole discretion. Your continued use of our Services shall be deemed as your acceptance of any such changes.
Without limiting the former, You agree not to use the Services offered through our site or Oglas Mobile Application to take any of the following actions:
"KYC" stands for Know Your Customer and refers to the various norms, rules, and laws issued by Reserve Bank of India from time to time.
Oglas Website/Mobile Application is required to procure personal identification details from before any Services can be delivered and at the time of Registration and/ or on a later date, for availing and/or continuation of the said Website/Mobile Application.
The collection, verification, audit and maintenance of correct and updated customer information is a continuous process and Oglas Website/Mobile Application reserves the right, at any time, to take steps necessary to ensure compliance with all relevant and applicable KYC requirements.
We reserve the right to discontinue Services/ reject applications for Oglas Website/Mobile Application at any time if there are discrepancies in information and/or documentation provided by You.
Any information provided to us with the intention of securing Oglas Website/Mobile Application shall be retained with us, and may be used, for any purpose consistent with any applicable law or regulation, at its discretion.
If the particulars provided by You in the KYC documents if required do not match with the details mentioned in the Oglas website/Mobile application profile, then Advove Medios Private Limited has the right to forfeit the balance amount in your Oglas Mobile Application account.
These limitations may be reviewed and modified at the discretion of Oglas Website/Mobile Application without prior intimation to You, subject to guidelines/notifications issued by RBI from time to time.
Any value in your Oglas Mobile Application account that is utilized towards making payments for any transaction shall be automatically debited from your Oglas Mobile Application account.
Our responsibility is limited to the debiting of your Oglas Website/Mobile Application and the subsequent payment to any merchant establishment that you might transact with.
We do not endorse, promote, or warrant any goods and/or services that might be availed or proposed to be availed using Oglas Mobile Application Account.
We reserve the right to levy charges upon any amount loaded upon your Oglas Mobile Application Account or any amount spent by you using Oglas Mobile Application Account.
Oglas Website/Mobile Application reserves the right to set off any balance in your Website/Mobile Application in order to recover funds for transactions processed as per your request.
Website/Mobile Application expiry and balance forfeiture will depend upon the inactive use of Your Website/Mobile Application for a period of 3 months from last activity wherein Oglas Website/Mobile Application reserves the rights to forfeit the amount.
Charges pertaining to transactions shall be in accordance with RBI guidelines as applicable on timely basis.
You specifically agree that in order to facilitate the provision of Oglas Website/Mobile Application, it may be required to disclose any information or particulars pertaining to you to any authority, statutory or otherwise. Privacy of communication is subject to the terms of the certificate of authorization granted by the Reserve Bank of India and its notifications/directives etc.
We, or Our licensors, own all right, title and interest, including, but not limited to all copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret or other proprietary rights (“IP rights”), on and to the site, the platform, and the usage data. You shall not reproduce, distribute, transmit, modify, create derivative works, display, perform or otherwise use the site, the platform or any of the IP rights, or attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or derive the source code for the platform or use the platform or Site to create a competing product. Oglas Website/Mobile Application is owned by advove medios private limited and its unauthorized use is strictly prohibited. All rights are expressly reserved to Oglas Website/Mobile application.
Referral program is to invite your personal network via your device only. If any user is using any kind of third-party platform other than social media like any blog, any website, will be counted as an affiliate member. We have defined the separate terms and conditions for our affiliates.
Once a user has registered with Oglas app, You are bound not to interpret wrong information regarding the app or app working process. If any user found doing so, Oglas is free to take legal action against the user.
If You invite to Your friend with Your referral code and Your friend install Oglas App with Your referral code. Referral amount will be awarded after the first recharge completion of your referral user.
Any user can be an affiliate but we have a memorandum of understanding which has to be signed with Oglas App. A user who is using any kind of third party platform to promote Oglas App will be counted as an affiliate.
Any affiliate cannot post any kind of false information or any process on their blogs or website. If found doing so Oglas has the right to block their account immediately without any prior notice. Any affiliate income in that particular affiliate account will be zero. Oglas is authorise to take any legal action if found repeated infringement of our affiliate program policies.
The payment threshold of an affiliate is weekly minimum Rs. 1000. In case an affiliate is not reaching to this amount can be used in account for various recharges. Affiliate has to submit their account numbers with complete details to receive payments in their bank accounts.
Per affiliate per install cost will be paid according to the MOU signed with the affiliate.
If any affiliate do not agree with these terms and conditions then affiliate has to remove the post or content posted at their website, blog and their account will be blocked and the any amount they have in their account or account will be NILL.
As we are offering You the earning on every call. That means every call which is more than 10 seconds. During the call there will be a small banner which will be displayed on Your screen which must be shown for at least 10 seconds and that will be counted only. If You are closing the banner just after receiving the call that will not counted and the amount will not be added to Your final account amount. Incoming or outgoing calls from tollfree, customer care, like 121, 198 etc will not be considered. Any call which is You are receiving or dialing from any number that is short then 6 digit will not be counted. Though every call whether it is a missed call, uncompleted call or from short number will be counted and shown in Your provisional balance but once You will update Your account, only eligible calls will be counted and the actual amount will be added to Your account. Every call on which call You earned the amount can be seen in Your history. Any user will only get amount for 20 calls / Day on same number. You can use Your account amount for the first time only when earnings from calls must reach Rs. 25.
Right now we have earning & recharge facility for Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Gurgaon, Faridabad and Uttra Khand. Any user apart from these states and cities will not get any earning or recharge. Though Oglas is free to use in any state and city but earning is not applicable apart from the mentioned cities. We will notify if we start earning facility to any other city or state.
Account Deactivation and Earned Money Lapse
If any user is not active, not opened app or not updated their wallet in last one month their account will be deactivated and all money in their wallet will be lapsed and become zero.
Though any user who want to use Oglas again can continue with their previous registration by calling our customer care number 18002003939.
We make no warranty, express or implied, with respect to the Site and Related Applications and Services offered. We expressly disclaim the implied warranties of non-infringement, merchantability, and fitness for any particular purpose. We provide the Site and Related Applications and any other technology and Services on the Site on an "as is", "where is", "with all faults" basis. We do not warrant that the Site or Related Applications and any products or Services shown or described on the Site or Related Applications, or other technology and services will be uninterrupted, error-free, available or operational at any particular time, or that any known defects will be corrected. We disclaim any liability for any information that may have become outdated since the last time the particular piece of information was updated. We reserve the right to make changes and corrections to any part of the content of this website/mobile application at any time without prior notice.
You expressly understand and agree that your use of the services is at Your sole risk and that the Services are provided "as is" and "as available". In particular, Oglas Website/Mobile Application, its subsidiaries and affiliates, and its licensors do not represent or warrant to You that:
You acknowledge that Oglas Website/Mobile Application is a facilitator for Mobile recharges and other Services and is not liable for any 3rd party products and services available on the Site and other Related Applications with respect to rates, quality, and all other instances. You expressly agree that use of the Services and the Site and Related Applications is at your sole risk and you shall not hold Oglas Website/Mobile Application liable for any discrepancy in the third party products. It is your responsibility to evaluate the completeness and accuracy of all opinions, advice, services, merchandise and other information provided through the site or on the internet generally. Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the Services is done at your own discretion and risk and that You will be solely responsible for any damage to Your computer system or other device or loss of data that results from the download of any such material. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by You from Oglas Website/Mobile Application or through or from the Services shall create any warranty not expressly stated in the Terms. Oglas Website/Mobile Application, further expressly disclaims all warranties and conditions of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Oglas Website/Mobile Application and/or related parties harmless from any and all claims, losses, damages, and liabilities, costs and expenses, including and without limitation legal fees and expenses, arising out of or related to your use or misuse of the Oglas Website/Mobile Application, any violation of these Terms, or any breach of the representations, warranties, and covenants made by you.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, neither Website/Mobile Application, nor its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees or any related party shall have any liability to users or to any third party for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages or any loss of revenue or profits arising under or relating to these terms, the site or the offerings, even if any of said parties had been advised of, knew of, or should have known of the possibility of such damages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our maximum aggregate liability to you for any causes whatsoever, and regardless of the form of action (whether liability arises due to negligence or breach of contract, violation of law, misrepresentation or for any other reason), will at all times be limited to the transaction value.
By accepting the Terms, You authorize us to hold, receive, disburse and settle funds on Your behalf. Your authorization permits us to generate an electronic funds transfer between the payment system providers and our nodal account to process each payment transaction that You authorize. Your authorization will remain in full force and effect until Your Oglas Website/Mobile Application account is closed or terminated.
All transaction on website / app has been charged to Your Oglas Website/Mobile Application account, and a recharge is not delivered within 2 hours of Your completion of the transaction then You may inform us by sending an email to our customer services email address as mentioned. Oglas Website/Mobile Application shall investigate the incident and if it is found that money was charged to Your Oglas Website/Mobile Application account, without delivery of the recharge then, You will be refunded the money within 7 working days from the date of receipt of Your email. All refunds will be credited to Your Oglas Website/Mobile Application account.
You agree that you will not transact any payments in connection with the following businesses, business activities or business practices pertaining to the following items:

The Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You agree that any legal action or proceedings arising out of these Terms may be brought exclusively in the competent courts or tribunals having jurisdiction in New Delhi, India and irrevocably submit themselves to the jurisdiction of such courts or tribunals. Oglas Website/Mobile Application may elect to resolve any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms of Site and related application by binding arbitration in accordance with the provisions of the Indian Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996. Any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. The arbitration shall be conducted in New Delhi, India and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. The language of Arbitration will be English.

Customer also agrees to receive information regarding what Oglas Website/Mobile Application perceives to be of their interest based on usage history via SMS, email, Push notification & phone call. This includes offers, discounts and general information. In case the customer does not want such information, they have to explicitly ask to be excluded by emailing us at email@example.com or responding to opt out SMSs sent from time to time to the customers.
